Transparent Donation Guidelines
1. Donation Refund Policy
We appreciate every contribution to our causes (education, women empowerment, environment). However, as a non-profit, donations are typically non-refundable. Exceptions include:
✅ Technical Errors:
- Double charging of your account
- Wrong donation amount processed
✅ Eligibility Conditions:
- Refund request within 7 days of transaction
- Valid proof (screenshot/bank statement) required
Process: Email support@amrbmvngo.org with:
- Full name
- Donation date & amount
- UPI ref no./bank transaction ID
- Reason for refund
*Processing time: 10-15 working days.*
2. Event/Program Cancellations
A. Paid Workshops/Camps
- 100% refund if cancelled 7+ days prior
- 50% refund if cancelled 48 hrs prior
- No refund for no-shows
B. Volunteer Program Fees
- Refundable if cancellation is made before training starts
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
❌ General donations (once utilized for beneficiaries)
❌ Digital products (reports/guides)
❌ Bank charges (deducted from refund amount)
