Free Education for Government Jobs – Breaking Poverty Through Learning
In a country where education is often seen as the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, thousands of capable and determined students from marginalized communities still struggle to access the resources they need to succeed. Recognizing this challenge, Anant Manoram Rudram Bal and Mahila Vikas Samiti (AMRBMV) has launched the transformative program “Shiksha se Rojgar Tak” — a free coaching initiative for competitive exams like CGPSC, CGVYAPAM, and other government job opportunities.
This program is a step toward empowering students from Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Class, and Transgender communities by equipping them with quality education, expert guidance, and a supportive learning environment. The ultimate goal is to help these students secure stable employment and lead dignified, self-reliant lives.
In India, a large number of talented and ambitious students from marginalized communities—such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and the Transgender community—live under the shadow of poverty. Despite having the capability and strong determination to achieve something meaningful in life, these students often face serious financial hardships that prevent them from accessing quality education and competitive exam coaching.
The dream of securing a stable and respectable government job remains out of reach for many of these students—not due to lack of talent, but due to lack of opportunity. Without proper guidance, quality study materials, and a conducive learning environment, their potential remains untapped. This results in a cycle of poverty, limited growth, and underrepresentation in government services, ultimately affecting the socio-economic development of these communities.
To address this critical issue, Anant Manorama Rudram Bal and Mahila Vikas Samiti (AMRBMV) has initiated a noble program titled “Shiksha se Rojgar Tak”—a comprehensive, free coaching initiative designed to empower underprivileged students by providing them with the tools and support they need to prepare for CGPSC, CGVYAPAM, and other government job exams.
This program is conducted through both online and offline modes, making it accessible to students from rural as well as urban areas. The aim is not just to help students pass exams, but to transform them into educated, confident, and capable individuals who can secure respectable positions in government services and contribute meaningfully to the nation.
Classes are conducted by highly qualified and experienced teachers who provide in-depth subject knowledge and personalized mentoring.
Special motivational and guidance sessions are delivered by officers who have successfully cleared competitive exams. These sessions offer real-life strategies, exam tips, and moral encouragement.
Periodic mock tests, practice papers, and topic-wise assessments are conducted to evaluate student progress and improve performance under exam conditions.
Students receive regular updates on national and international news, along with quizzes and practice questions to strengthen their general awareness—an essential component of most government exams.
Through this initiative, AMRBMV not only opens doors to employment and self-reliance but also plays a pivotal role in uplifting entire communities. The program nurtures students into responsible citizens of India, capable of leading a dignified life and serving society from positions of authority and respect.
