Anant Manoram Rudram Bal Evam Mahila Vikas Samiti (AMR NGO) was established on 24 June 2024 at Talpuri Colony, B Block, Bhilai city, Chhattisgarh. The founders of this organization include Mrs. Sarita Mishra (President, AMR NGO), Mr. Kuber Ram Deshmukh (President, B Block), Dr. Sangeeta Sahu, Mr. J.S. Pandey (Shastri Ji) (Former Professor & HOD, Kalyan College, Bhilai), and the foundation of AMR NGO has been laid with the guidance and support of all the colony residents.
AMR NGO is a non-governmental organization whose main objective is to reduce unemployment, encourage entrepreneurship and create sustainable livelihood opportunities in Chhattisgarh. This organization empowers women and youth by spreading awareness about various career options and vocational paths, so that they can acquire the skills required for employment or self-employment.
The organization connects students, women and youth to their suitable careers through personalized career guidance and counseling. Also, by providing scholarships, it ensures that economic challenges do not become a hindrance in anyone’s access to education.

The main objective of AMR NGO is to improve the lives of economically weaker and underprivileged sections of the society. For this, we provide completely free coaching for CGPSC, CGVYAPAM, SSC GD and other government job exams. Our endeavor is that every deserving student should not be left behind due to financial constraints and should be able to make their future in government services.
Career planning is given less importance in society. Students choose engineering/medical without thinking and regret it later. Every third student regrets his career choice. To solve this problem, AMR NGO has started a ‘Career Guidance Program’ across Chhattisgarh, which gives information to the youth about more and more career options.
Our organization provides holistic solutions to make women self-reliant. Our programs include providing free vocational training, skill development programs and entrepreneurship education to women.
