Anant Manoram Rudram Bal Evam Mahila Vikas Samiti (AMR NGO) was established on 24 June 2024 at Talpuri Colony, B Block, Bhilai city, Chhattisgarh. The founders of this organization include Mrs. Sarita Mishra (President, AMR NGO), Mr. Kuber Ram Deshmukh (President, B Block), Dr. Sangeeta Sahu, Mr. J.S. Pandey (Shastri Ji) (Former Professor & HOD, Kalyan College, Bhilai), and the foundation of AMR NGO has been laid with the guidance and support of all the colony residents.
AMR NGO is a non-governmental organization whose main objective is to reduce unemployment, encourage entrepreneurship and create sustainable livelihood opportunities in Chhattisgarh. This organization empowers women and youth by spreading awareness about various career options and vocational paths, so that they can acquire the skills required for employment or self-employment.
The organization connects students, women and youth to their suitable careers through personalized career guidance and counseling. Also, by providing scholarships, it ensures that economic challenges do not become a hindrance in anyone’s access to education.
The main goal of the organization is to make educated, energetic and unemployed youth self-reliant by providing them skill development training. Under this, various skill upgradation programs are conducted.
